Rock in the surf or gleaming jewellery, boulder or celestial body, construction material or cult object, ancient and yet timeless – stones have been omnipresent in people’s lives since time immemorial. The unique diversity of their shapes, colours and structures has been a constant source of inspiration for artists and designers.

Rocks and Blades

Berlin-based photographer and creative director: Tobias Faisst operates at the intersection of product staging, art, and digital aesthetics. With a background in communication design and a deep fascination for light, texture, and form, he creates visual worlds that go far beyond traditional product photography. His minimalist, detail-oriented imagery follows an analytical approach that not only understands trends but explores their limits to shape visual futures.

For MÜHLE, Tobias Faisst has captured the fascination of stones and blades in a reduced, sculptural visual language—timeless and forward-looking.
